I had some paper jams at first and then I read the manual that came with it. You can not just add the paper. You have to first pull the paper tray open and place the paper, and then close it back up. If you just try to drop in the paper it will definitely jam. There could be better instructions for loading paper. With that one exception it works awesome.

This fax machine definitely does what it’s supposed to.

Although I haven’t received a fax, I can say that sending faxes are problem free. It isn’t a high speed fax, but it works great and the price is right.
