Information on home theatre projector and da lite screen?

Thinking about making the change from tv to projector and just wanted some opinions/reviews. I’m looking into the Optoma H31 480p DLP Home Theater Projector and a da-lite fixed screen. I know this projector got a 5 star review on amazon, but I am not sure about the screen, which fabric to order, which would work best from a 7-9 foot viewing area. Any experienced users please please give me your input, I appriciate it!! Thanks!!
