		<description>I think you have answered your own question. If this is the only livingroom in the home, then it would not add to the value, as the general public wants a regular livingroom, and would like a theatre room separate from this. Doing it for yourself is great, and it never hurts to look ahead. Sounds like you have created a great room for yourself.</description>

No matter how great it is you still need a working living room.Some other room perhaps will work better.Or maybe partition off a portion of the living room making sure you have two entrances to the room one which goes outside if you enter your living room first.Enjoy your theater but it will not add money to the overall selling.</description>
